You are gonna love these pink Reese’s cookie cups! Have you seen the pink Reese’s cups in stores? They are calling them Reese’s blossoms. I knew I had to make something with these and thought cookie cups would showcase the pink tops.
For the cookie base, use any chocolate chip cookie dough recipe you have, but do not add in the chocolate chips. You want to use the dough only. I used this wonderful recipe – Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies For Two – The Baker Chick. This will give you enough dough to make 10-12 cookie cups.
Grease a mini muffin pan and add small balls of dough. You want them to be just a touch smaller than the muffin. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. (While cookies are baking, unwrap Reese’s cups and set aside.) The cookies should just be browned along the edges. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes. You want them to still be warm and soft but not so hot that the Reese’s will melt. Gently push a Reese’s cup into top of cookie until level with cookie. Allow to completely cool before serving.
These are the perfect bite sized treat and are perfect for Valentine’s Day and Easter! Add them to your dessert boards and trays.
